Company Overview

About Dispatch Tickets

Dispatch Tickets was built by a founder who spent years struggling to support customers across multiple brands with existing helpdesk software. After trying Zendesk, Help Scout, Reamaze, and Gorgias—and watching teams fail to adopt them due to complexity and per-seat costs—Kal Wiggins built the ticketing system he needed: API-first, multi-brand by default, with per-ticket pricing so whole teams can participate without watching the bill climb.

Boilerplate

Dispatch Tickets is an API-first ticketing platform built for multi-brand businesses. With per-ticket pricing (not per-seat), unlimited team members can participate in support without inflating costs. Built by Epic Design Labs after 15 years of working with 1,000+ clients, the platform helps agencies, e-commerce companies, SaaS platforms, and franchises embed support directly into their products. Open source portal included.

Kal Wiggins

Founder & CEO

Kal Wiggins has been running Epic Design Labs for 15 years, working with over 1,000 clients—from startups to 8-figure e-commerce brands. He buys, builds, and runs his own stores with his own money.

After years of poorly handling customer support across multiple brands—and watching teams fail to adopt tools like Zendesk and Gorgias due to complexity and per-seat costs—Kal built Dispatch Tickets to solve the problem for himself first. Dispatch Tickets remains bootstrapped and focused on making a meaningful impact for real businesses.
