Custom Domain Setup

Point a subdomain to your client's support portal in three steps.

Add Domain in Dashboard

Navigate to Workspace Settings and add the custom domain.

Configure DNS Records

Add the provided DNS records to the client's domain registrar.

CNAME  support  →  portal.dispatchtickets.com
TXT    _dmarc   →  v=DMARC1; p=none
TXT    dispatch →  verify=xxx

Verify & Activate

Click verify in the dashboard. SSL is provisioned automatically.
