Dispatch Tickets is an API-first ticketing system built for developers. Unlike traditional helpdesks that are standalone apps with APIs bolted on, Dispatch Tickets treats tickets as a primitive you can build on. You can embed support directly into your product, and we use per-ticket pricing instead of per-seat—so your whole team can access tickets without paying for extra seats.
You pay a base monthly fee that includes a set number of tickets (e.g., 1,000 tickets on Starter for $29/month). If you go over, you pay $0.02 per additional ticket. Unlike per-seat pricing, all your team members get access at no extra cost—engineers, PMs, founders, support staff, everyone.
An API-first ticketing system means the API is the primary interface, not an afterthought. You can create tickets programmatically, build custom UIs, embed support widgets in your app, and integrate with any tool via webhooks.
